1 - Who needs a Physical?
    Any player participating in contact football must have a physical dated after June 1st. Physicals are not required for flag league or cheerleading. Download LLBFL Physical Form

2 - When are games going to be played?
Flag will play on Friday nights only. All other divisions will play Monday through Thursday nights and all day on Saturdays.

3 - Where are the games played?
    All home games will be played at Bill Allen Field on Sterling Boulevard. Away games will be played at Firemen’s Field in Purcellville

4 - How many nights a week do the teams practice?
All teams will practice 5 nights a week during the summer and will drop to 3 nights a week after the start of school.

5 - How often do the flag teams practice?
    Flag teams will practice 1 or 2 nights per week staring after September 1st with games on Friday.

6 - How long is practice?
Practice will not exceed 2 hours.

7 - Where will the practices be?
    All teams will be assigned a practice field before the start of the season. The fields are at local schools & parks throughout the area.

8 - What equipment will we need?
All equipment is furnished by LLBFL, along with mouth piece, socks and Jersey. Parents will be responsible for molded cleats.
